No Churn Ube Biscoff Ice Cream

If you love ube and biscoff, you will love this ube ice cream! It is easy to make and you don’t need an ice cream machine!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of ube sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 5 Biscoff – break into chunks

Another way to make if you cannot find ube condensed milk in our local Asian grocery stores.

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2-3 teaspoons of ube extract
  • 5 Biscoff – break into chunks

Assemble

  1. You will need a loaf pan.
  2. Use a whisk attachment in the stand mixer on medium speed, mix the heavy cream until stiff peak
  3. Add the condensed milk into the heavy whipped cream in 2 additions. Fold until it is combined.
  4. Pour half the cream into a loaf pan. Sprinkle half the Biscoff chunks into the cream
  5. Pour the last half of the cream into the loaf pan. Sprinkle the rest of the Biscoff chunks into the cream.
  6. Cover and let the ice cream base freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
