If you love ube and biscoff, you will love this ube ice cream! It is easy to make and you don’t need an ice cream machine!
Ingredients
- 1 can of ube sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 5 Biscoff – break into chunks
Another way to make if you cannot find ube condensed milk in our local Asian grocery stores.
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2-3 teaspoons of ube extract
- 5 Biscoff – break into chunks

Assemble
- You will need a loaf pan.
- Use a whisk attachment in the stand mixer on medium speed, mix the heavy cream until stiff peak
- Add the condensed milk into the heavy whipped cream in 2 additions. Fold until it is combined.
- Pour half the cream into a loaf pan. Sprinkle half the Biscoff chunks into the cream
- Pour the last half of the cream into the loaf pan. Sprinkle the rest of the Biscoff chunks into the cream.
- Cover and let the ice cream base freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
